CASE SUMMARY:   
On the basis of the Court of Appeal’s dispositions in item number 79, Judge Streeter utilized the equitable power of the Circuit Court in a show cause hearing to order a no-fault carrier to pay plaintiff all accrued no-fault benefits without qualifying language on the payment draft. The Court also utilized its equitable power in ordering the PIP carrier to pay future benefits at a specified weekly rate for a specified period of time.
