CASE SUMMARY:  
In a per curiam Opinion, the Court of Appeals held that a woman who lived with a man without having been formally married was not the "wife" of the individual under the dependency provisions of §3110 of the No-Fault Act, and thus, was not eligible to claim survivor's loss benefits in the event of the death, of her co-habitor.
