CASE SUMMARY:  
In this transcribed oral Opinion, Judge Reid held that pursuant to the Supreme Court's Opinion in Cassidy v McGovern (item number 608) the Court is legally empowered to rule as a matter of law whether or not plaintiff suffered a permanent serious disfigurement Based upon the facts (which were not completely described) the Court concluded that plaintiff had not suffered such a threshold injury.
