CASE SUMMARY:  
In this written Opinion, Judge Koselka ruled that a farm tractor which was being operated on a public highway by power other than muscular power and which was not required to be registered in the State of Michigan and therefore not required to carry no-fault insurance (and which in fact did not carry no-fault insurance), was not entitled to claim the tort immunity provisions of §3135 of the statute.
