CASE SUMMARY:  
In this unanimous per curiam Opinion, the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court decision that defendant was liable for no-fault benefits, invalidating an escape-type coordination of benefits clause contained in the defendant's health insurance policy.

This case is related to Michigan Mutual v American Community (Item No. 1102), and reached the same holding for the same reasons.
