CASE SUMMARY:
District Judge Zaborowski held that pursuant to §3115(1) of the no-fault statute, a motorcyclist injured in an automobile accident can recover no-fault benefits from the insurer of the owners or operators of the automobile involved in the accident To deny such "nonoccupants" no-fault benefits would constitute a denial of equal protection.
