CASE SUMMARY:  
In a written Opinion, Judge Beer held, pursuant to Neumann v Transit Casualty (item number 294) that no-fault insurance company could not offset social security retirement benefits being paid to plaintiff from her no-fault benefits. In addition, all back benefits involving any reduction of social security retirement benefits should be repaid to plaintiff. An appeal has been taken by defendant.
