CASE SUMMARY:  
In this written Opinion, Wayne County Circuit Judge Paul Teranes held that the term "rehabilitation" as used in the allowable expense provisions of §3107(a) includes vocational rehabilitation. In support of his conclusion, Judge Teranes cited Michigan Attorney General Opinion 6129 (item number 655). The judge also held that "the question of the amount of expense which is allowable for vocational rehabilitation will be left to the trier of the facts."
