CASE SUMMARY:   
In this unanimous per curiam Opinion, the Court of Appeals reversed and remanded a summary disposition for defendant on plaintiff’s tort claim for serious impairment of body function. The case was remanded for reconsideration in light of the Supreme Court's opinion in DiFranco v Pickard, 427 Mich 32 (1986).
