CASE SUMMARY:
This unanimous per curiam Opinion decided after the Supreme Court's decision DiFranco v Pickard (Item No. 978), reverses the trial court's entry of summary disposition on plaintiff’s claim of permanent serious disfigurement. The Court held that DiFranco "casts a new light" on permanent serious disfigurement cases, and thus remanded the case back to the trial court for further proceedings in conformity with DiFranco.
