CASE SUMMARY:
Judge Beer did not issue a formal Opinion in this case, but held that an injured motorist who is insured under no-fault can sue the insured motorist who struck him in order to recover lost wages and medical expenses (commonly called economic losses). It does not appear, however, that the decision invalidates the entire no-fault law.
