Biewend of the 12th Judicial District Court held that under §3107(a) of the No-Fault Act a waterbed was not a reasonably necessary product for an injured person's care, recovery or rehabilitation. The plaintiff had purchased this waterbed upon the recommendation of a chiropractor after unsuccessful orthopedic care.
