In what is apparently an unpublished opinion that is difficult to decipher, the Court of Appeals held that an "owned automobile" exclusion in the plaintiff’s family automobile insurance policy barred plaintiff’s wife from receiving disability and wage loss benefits for injuries incurred while operating plaintiff’s husband's commercial vehicle.
