CASE SUMMARY:
In an order without Opinion, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Clark Adams ruled that a defendant in a third party no-fault tort case could not subpoena a plaintiff’s no-fault first party insurance company's files nor take the deposition of the plaintiff’s no-fault company's examining physician. Permitting such discovery would intrude into privileged matters.
