District Judge Donald E. James ruled that under the "mini-tort" provisions of §3135(2)(d) the legislature had abolished tort liability for property damage to moving motorcycles caused by motor vehicles and that the abolition of tort liability was not modified by the passage of the mini-tort provision of the Act.
