CASE SUMMARY:  
This written Opinion by Judge Clulo addressed the issue concerning whether RJA judgment interest may be awarded on an attorney fee taxed pursuant to § 3148(1). In reliance upon the decisions in Liddel ( Item No. 380) and Woodv DAIIE (Item No. 535), Judge Clulo held that judgment interest pursuant to MCLA 600.6013 maybe taxed by plaintiff against the judgment amount and attorney was awarded pursuant to §3148( 1).
