CASE SUMMARY:
The court held that the No-Fault Statute does not prevent a plaintiff from recovering loss of earnings from the negligent tortfeasor in as much as "loss of wages is loss of economic property. Property is derived from many sources, but the definition does not change and wages is property." This decision may have limited application in light of the peculiar way the issues were framed in the pleadings.
