CASE SUMMARY:
On April 17, 1984, the Governor signed House Bill 4582 which amends the definition of "motor vehicle" as used in §3101(2)(c). The following sentence is added to the definition of motor vehicle, "motor vehicle does not include a farm tractor or other implement of husbandry which is not subject to the registration requirements of the Michigan vehicle code pursuant to §216 of the Michigan vehicle code, Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, being §257216 of the Michigan Compiled Laws."
