In this unanimous per curiam Opinion related to Michigan Mutual v American Community (Item No. 1102) and Hawkeye Security v American Community (Item No. 1107), the Court of Appeals adopted its ruling in those two cases and held that the defendant's other insurance escape clause was invalid under the ruling contained in the Supreme Court decision in Federal Kemper.
