CASE SUMMARY:
In this unanimous unpublished per curiam opinion, the Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition on plaintiff's claim of serious impairment of body function. The opinion does not specify the nature of plaintiff's injuries. However, in affirming the trial court's decision, the court stated, “Although Wilson Massey can no longer perform certain activities, his general ability to lead a normal life is unaffected.”
